I first heard about Dominance Profiles in Dr. Paul Dennison’s workshop. It made sense to me that we can shut down for certain activities or switch-on. In our Swiss dialect we have different sayings that express how people have a balancing effect on us: • you made my day • you got me started • thanks to you… Working with people especially in helping professions, I realized that we can have our senses supporting our work or making it a strain.
