Terre Spine

I’d like to share with you a story to make it easier for you to remember the 14 muscles – the test used – their associated meridians and the order in which they come on the wheel.

This is the story of Terre Spine.

Our main character – Terre was 14 years old when the story begins. He was a really nice guy – some people even called him Super – but he had a voracious appetite and some peculiar eating habits that some- times got him into trouble.
