Undoubtedly many of you have at times been surprised when testing foods in a Touch for Health class or lecture-demonstration. For example, instead of parsley strengthening a weak Pectoralis major sternal muscle test it weakened the muscle further. Yet the same parsley may have had a strengthening affect on other people. What you inadvertently uncovered was a person who could not tolerate, or was allergic to, parsley.
