From my three fields of primary interest Health, Dance & Martial Arts, I have many formulas I use to simplify, combine and remember to use the things I find to be of the greatest value to many people. It seems that all we can do naturally is – A. Walk B. Sniff the flowers C. Feel. Everything else has to be learned, practiced and worked at.
