Aromatherapy is a form of alternative medicine that uses volatile plant materials, known as essential oils. Aroma works for relaxation, massage therapy, and meditation. Many ofTFH practitioners already know Aromatherapy; some are using aromas for balancing body energy or muscles effectively.
