She would shake her hand and it would subside after a few hours. A year or two later it began to interfere with her tennis. During a long rally her hand would get numb to the point of the racket coming out of her hand. About that time Kate Montgomery spoke at the TFH Conference about CTS.

One Thought on “Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Correction by John Thie and Matthew Thie

  1. Although this is not a direct ‘treatment’ for Carpoal Tunnel Syndrome, or Repetitive Stress Injuries, I have seen some pretty great results using a more holistic TFH Approach to wrist complaints. Consider the context of the first complaints, and other events of the same time period. Emotional factors are sometimes even more important than the structural factors. Even structurally, the pain in the wrist is often related to imbalances elsewhere in the posture, such as neck and shoulders. More general postural balancing my have better results than trying to “fix” the wrist directly. When we integrate metaphorical meanings of any imbalance, including wrist functions, we can have profound insights about our lives, as well as greater relief and improved funcion.
