Abstract:

Peter Lambrou and George Pratt’s protocols for Emotional Self-Management (ESM) are a powerful means of relieving stressors such as fear, anxiety, shame, and anger. In addition the ESM is a means of empowering ourselves to optimize our potential. Eye movement stress and TFH metaphors will be discussed as a means of enhancing ESM.
