In my early days of Touch for Health, of all the balancing techniques I learned, I found that the one I was both most intrigued with and the one I used the least was the Acupressure Holding Points (AHP) technique. When I ask other TFH practitioners, even the most experienced ones usually say the same. I believe the reason for this is a lack of understanding of the points themselves, and difficulty using the technique due to not knowing where the points are. In this paper, I will attempt to better define the points used in the AHP technique, and offer a way of learning these points so that they become easier to use.
